She often employs the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) approaches.

Arielle is passionate about offering a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable environment for her clients to heal in. Understanding children and adolescent’s developmental stage, she focuses on issues manifesting as behavioral issues in the form of defiance, aggression, avoidance, and withdrawal. Arielle enjoys working with clients to find ways to promote change within their environment and develop ways to use client’s own strengths to cope with issues. She works closely with children’s parents to create a treatment approach that incorporates the family’s values and beliefs. Arielle has a silly and fun side that she incorporates working with children and will utilize play therapy methods to add a comfortable environment for the child to feel at ease to open up about their concerns.

She believes that everyone has truth within themselves to unlock questions and dispose of disbeliefs that may be causing anxiety or other mental health issues. In session, she will create a plan to discover what you need to live a purposeful driven life. She is open and communicative with her clients about the different methods she employs throughout the therapeutic process.
