Kristin Ratcliffe is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA). She received her Bachelors of Social Work (BSW) at Troy University, (Go Trojans!) and Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Fayetteville State University. Kristin has been practicing since 2015 and has experience in social services, acute inpatient care, and outpatient services.
Kristin’s therapeutic rationale is grounded in meeting individuals where they are and working from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective in order to encourage a strong therapeutic alliance. Kristin utilizes evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Kristin is skilled and qualified to work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, stress management, anger management, and life transitions.
