Individual, Adolescent, Children’s, and Family Therapy

Leigh Ann Vojticek received her Master of Social Work degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2001 and has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2004. The foundation of Leigh Ann’s approach to therapy is rooted in attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and interpersonal neurobiology. Her training includes various approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, play therapy, and sandtray therapy. Although Leigh Ann has worked with clients at various stages in the lifespan, Leigh Ann’s current focus is working with adults 18 years and older.

Leigh Ann has worked with clients to address many different issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma. Leigh Ann’s approach is client-centered, collaborative, and supportive. Leigh Ann believes her role in the therapeutic process is to provide an open and accepting environment where clients are able to identify their goals, build on the positives in their lives and identify new skills and strategies that will foster change when necessary.
