Individual Therapy

Tiffany Eggleston is a North Carolina Native who received her Master of Arts degree from North Carolina Central University after completing Undergraduate work at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has been a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) since 2013 and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) since 2016. Tiffany has experience providing individual therapy and addictions counseling to adult clients in both individual and family settings in addition to providing group and individual therapy in acute inpatient care, outpatient and residential treatment settings.
Tiffany has assisted her clients with addressing behavioral and substance use addictions, anxiety, mild depression, coping skills, emotion regulation, and improving communication skills. Her background is in working with Adults, Women, Pregnant and Parenting Women and those with substance use disorders. First and foremost, Tiffany utilizes a person-centered approach and believes that the counseling process is designed to be a collaborative experience with the goal of clients discovering the many dimensions of themselves and who they are to achieve congruence and balance in their lives. To help achieve this, she uses a variety of techniques to include Psychosocial Assessments, Gender-Responsive therapies, Substance Use Treatment planning and Intervention, Talk and Solution-Focused Therapies as well as CBT and DBT. Tiffany respects, acknowledges and appreciates the individuality of each of her clients.
